CASEY HARGETT
President
Casey was an import to Arizona at age 11, but at this point considers herself a native. After graduating from the University of Arizona and starting her career in event and meeting planning in Tucson, she moved to 'the big city' to find a better job (and a husband). She found both! Casey married the love of her life, John (married 25 years), with whom she shares two young adult children. Casey has been a life-long Republican, caring about the traditions and values of this great country. She is excited to be elected to lead this great group.
DEB OBERHAMER
1st VP Programs
Deb grew up in Illinois and Minnesota, then moved to Colorado and has lived in Scottsdale for 20 years. She enjoyed her career as a Major Gift Officer for several charities before retiring in 2020. She is passionate about faith, family and freedom and adores her five grandchildren.

2nd VP Membership
I am a long term AZ resident, marrying Sherman in Scottsdale in 1981. The blessing of my life - all of our daughters and grandchildren live within 45 minutes of our home. I am passionate about educating, informing and empowering all Republicans to vote and volunteer to expand our majority. We are blessed to be surrounded by so many active Republican women in our Palo Verde family. I can't wait to work alongside you all to strengthen our community and reach new heights together!
JAN DUBAUSKAS
3rd VP Caring For America
Jan is an attorney, wife, and mom. She lives in north Scottsdale with her husband and her young daughters (8 & 6). She is activated and motivated to help those most in need. As 3rd Vice Chair, Jan is excited to partner with local charities and bring volunteer opportunities to the Club.
LEEANN HANNEN
Secretary
LeeAnn is an Arizona native and a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a passion for keeping our state red. She lives in Scottsdale with her husband Davic, and their two adult sons living nearby. She has a background in higher education and school office adminstration. LeeAnn is a Precinct Committeeman, works in fundraising for a congressional campaign, and enjoys keeping busy as a dog mom.
SHEILA ROE
Treasurer
The Treasurer is custodian of all PVRW funds. She collects and dispersesfunds on behalf of the organization at the direction of the Executive Committee. Montly financial reportss are prepared and submitted in addition to completing financial records for annual review. Sheila has been a member of PVRW for over 30 years and lives in Scottsdale.
